ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs a Financial Account Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member with Glen Reichenbach - State Farm Agent, you will successfully market the financial products that manage everyday risks. Your proficient knowledge of financial products reinforces your sales-minded and consultative approach to educating customers on their financial options. Your analytical precision makes you an invaluable resource to customers and a competitive addition to a successful agency. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Active Personal Lines license required.
- Proven experience working as a financial services representative.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
